Over 1,600 new employees, over $120 million in annual salaries, and over $200 million in capital investments.
High-profile businesses that include Verizon Wireless, Monsanto R&D Center, O’Reilly Automotive, and Standard Sales-Budweiser. New businesses include Peerless Trailer-Scott Manufacturing, and CYMBET-XFAB.

Assisted in development of 2 business parks, including Lubbock Business Park (586 acres) and Lubbock Rail Port (300 acres) that represent potential impact of $894 million.
