Mark has more than 15 years financial services experience. Mark earned a B.A. in Philosophy from the University of Scranton and a Master’s degree in Philosophy from the University of Pennsylvania. Prior to 1995, he was a Commissioned Officer in the US Army for eleven years where he served in the United States and South Korea. Mark has also served on the Board of Directors for the USO of Pennsylvania and Southern New Jersey; and the Board of Trustees for the West Point Society of Philadelphia.
