Mate is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of GE32 Capital. In addition, he is a Founder and Co-CEO of Brazil's premier real estate marketplace Loft, which has raised more than $90M since its inception in July 2018. Previously, he co-founded Printi, a leading e-commerce platform for customized materials & services with operations in Brazil and the United States. Printi has raised more than $70M in capital from financial and strategic investors including Cimpress (Nasdaq:CMPR). Mate is also a Co-Founder and Investment Partner at Canary, Brazil's foremost seed-stage technology investment firm. Before moving to Brazil, he worked at eminent financial firms such as Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs after receiving a degree in economics from Harvard University. In 2015, Mate and his co-founder Florian were listed on Forbes' prestigious 30 under 30 list.
