Matt Salem (New York) joined KKR in 2015 and is Co-Head of Real Estate Credit. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Salem was a managing director at Rialto Capital Management. Previously, he was a managing director and the head of CMBS trading at Goldman Sachs. Mr. Salem also held positions at Morgan Stanley, Citigroup Alternative Investments, and Midland Loan Services. He holds an undergraduate degree from Bates College. Mr. Salem is on the board of governors for the Commercial Real Estate Finance Council.
