Max Powers — avid kickboxer, proud bulldog enthusiast, and client maven —leads TeleSign’s client services, and directs the operational business team. She ensures that client services helps TeleSign global customers optimize their service workflow, shorten their service integration time, and solve immediate real-world security and fraud challenges. Under her leadership the operational business team concentrates on global service delivery, and includes TeleSign’s routing organization, responsible for delivering and monitoring key services, with an obsessive focus on high quality delivery, and growing key strategic partner relationships. After joining TeleSign in 2012, Powers built up TeleSign’s worldwide Client Services organization, dedicated to ensuring the best possible customer experience. She quickly established a client onboarding, technical support and account management strategy, implementing the tools and process to lay the foundation for TeleSign’s rapid growth.Powers also established TeleSign’s Customer Advisory Board, recruiting participants from the world’s most innovative technology companies, to collaborate on security and fraud challenges, and better ways to protect the end user. She led the design and launch of Teleportal, a customer and partner portal.Before TeleSign, Powers served as the GM of the Education Division for Vantage Media, running the division’s Client Services, Call Center, SEM, SEO, and Web Design teams. Prior to that she built out the Client Service organization as its Vice President.Prior to Vantage Media, Powers was at Microsoft where she was responsible for running Technical Account Management and Client Support for Exchange Hosted Services’ email security and archiving solutions.Powers came to Microsoft through the acquisition of FrontBridge Technologies Inc., where she was responsible for building the Technical Account Management Team, supporting both strategic clients and partners worldwide.Max is a graduate of University of Kentucky where she was on a four-year athletic scholarship (GO CATS!) and attended graduate school at Fairfield University, Connecticut.
