Michael has over 25 years of experience leading accounting and finance teams in multiple high technology companies. His experience ranges from private, early stage companies to mid-market and large enterprises, where he has consistently implemented process and procedural improvements, increasing the efficiency of his teams as well teams throughout those organizations. Prior to joining Invoca, Michael held senior leadership roles with Cepheid, Packeteer and Symantec. Michael began his career in public accounting, including time at both local and international accounting firms. He holds a BS in Accounting from Santa Clara University, is a Certified Public Accountant and belongs to the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of CPAs.
