Mike manages all the consultancy work within the company including investment readiness training and Incubation activities. He also works on the funds, leading investments and assisting with the portfolio as a non-exec director. Mike sits on the Investment Management Committee.

Mike has over 30 year’s experience in the software and telecommunications industry. Prior to joining E-Synergy in 2005 he co-founded a company spin-out of Marconi technology-based on biometric signature technology which took on several rounds of investment. For the rest of his career he worked at GEC/Marconi where he was responsible for a range of IT activities. This included the management of several major military software development projects. On the commercial side of the he managed sales and marketing for the software division of GEC/Marconi with sales of £100m and 1200 staff. His final role with GEC/Marconi was to develop the software strategy for the Enterprise Division of the telecommunications business.
