Mike Saldi is Head of Customer Engineering, AEM at Adobe. Mr. Saldi brings over 16 years of experience developing and delivering impactful programs that result in customer success. Prior to Preact, Saldi was Senior Director, Customer Success at Salesforce.com, where he managed a team responsible for a $60 million portfolio of high value customers. He also built the team responsible for all customer related programs in Engineering and Product Management, including Product Roadmap Planning, Technology Communications, Customer Release Readiness, and Salesforce’s Pre-release program. Before Salesforce, Saldi was Director, Application Strategy at Mutual of Omaha, where he drove the technology strategy for approximately half of Mutual’s overall business.
