Prior to joining STIC, Min worked for Macquarie Capital Advisors (Hong Kong) Limited as a executive for the Real Estate Group and South East Asia coverage team where it was involved various transactions from real estate, infrastructure and financial institutions industries. Before joining Macquarie, Min worked for Hotel Shilla Co. Ltd., a affiliate of the Samsung Group, as a Manager in the business development and marketing strategy division.

Min received his MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and holds BS from Ecole Hoteliere de Lausanne in Switzerland.
