Prior to forming LT Group, LLC, Mr. Leftakes was co-founder, Vice Chairman and Chief Investment Officer of Cambridge Bank. In addition, Mr. Leftakes was a member of the bank's loan committee which approved over $230 MM in real estate loans.

During Mr. Leftakes's tenure as Chief
Investment Officer, he was responsible for the bank's securities/investment portfolio, which was consistently ranked in the top 5% of all banks in the Chicagoland area based on performance. Finally, Mr. Leftakes oversaw Cambridge Bank's sale to Inland Bank in 2006. The internal rate of return to investors of Cambridge Bank was a very impressive 21%.


Prior to and concurrently with his value creation at Cambridge Bank, Mr. Leftakes completed a 20-year proprietary securities trading career that included a Senior Vice President position at ABN Amro and Vice President positions with First Chicago and The Chicago Corporation.


Mr. Leftakes is a Certified Public Accountant. He received his B.A. in Accounting from Michigan State University and his M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.
