Nikolas Samios is Managing Partner of PropTech1 Ventures, the first dedicated venture capital fund addressing the untapped potential of real estate industry innovation in Europe, bringing together leading real estate companies and entrepreneurs, serial entrepreneurs from the digital sector, and venture capital experts.

Nikolas Samios is also Managing Partner of ERIC, the fund manager of PropTech1 and co-founder of the VC-centric family office COOPERATIVA. In these roles, as well as former Managing Director of Brandenburg Ventures, the VC vehicle of MP3 inventor Karlheinz Brandenburg, he has participated in more than 100 transactions on both sides of the table.

Nikolas Samios is a regular keynote speaker and panelist at professional events and supports the entrepreneurship ecosystem in Europe as a mentor, with experts articles and active work in numerous non-profit associations, among other things as co-initiator of the Initiative for Standard Contracts of the German Startups Association and for the Business Angel Network Germany. Together with Anja Rath, he is also co-author of the venture capital standard reference book DEALTERMS.VC.

Additionally, he is Head of the "ESG" working group of the German Startups Association and a member of Leaders for Climate Change, committing himself to well-executed sustainability management in the face of rising climate and social risks.
