Dr. Patrick Crilly joined EndoGastric Solutions in December 2012 as Vice President of Human Asset Development. Since 1992, Dr. Crilly has worked with Fortune 500 healthcare companies in the areas of human asset development, sales leadership and strategic market planning as President of Performance Solutions International (PSI).

Prior to founding PSI, Dr. Crilly held senior management positions with Hoffman La Roche as Director of International Strategic Marketing and at Hybritech/Eli Lily Inc. as Vice President, Global Sales and Marketing.

At Johnson & Johnson, he was accountable for turning around two unprofitable business units and led the worldwide corporate initiatives for the J&J Signature of Quality awards. As the Vice President of Human Asset Development at the Masimo Corporation, he focused on building a world class engineering organization, managed international sales and provided strategic direction on all areas of human asset management. As Vice President of Human Asset Development at Biosensor, Dr. Crilly was responsible for global human resources, executive coaching and training.

He holds a BS in Physics from Stockton State College, a MS in Behavioral Psychology and a Doctor of Psychology, both from the California School of Psychology-CCU. Additionally, he is fully certified by Consulting Psychology Professionals.
