Philip Orsino has a B.A. from the University of Toronto and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants. He is the President of Jeld-Wen Inc., a global integrated manufacturer of building products, and past chairman of University Health Network.

He was formerly President and CEO of Masonite International Corporation until October 2005, which was listed on the TSX and NYSE. Mr. Orsino was appointed an Officer of the Order of Canada in 2004 and was the recipient of the 2003 Canada’s Outstanding CEO of the Year Award.
