Mr. Pio Teodorani-Fabbri has been Honorary Chairman of EXOR since 2012.

He obtained a two-year degree (1942-1944) in Engineering, at Regia Accademia Navale of Livorno where he graduated with a degree in Naval and Marine Sciences at Pisa University.
He was Staff Office in the Marine Army and received the Croce al Merito di Guerra (War Merit Cross) for the 1943-1944 Campaigns.

He was Head of General Administration and Responsible of Financial Reporting of IFI up to 1985; then, member of the board of directors and Vice Chairman of IFI and responsible for the branch in Rome. Moreover until the IFI-IFIL merger he was Board Member of IFIL.

In the 80s-90s, he was member of the board of directors of Rinascente, SCIA (Sangemini-Ferrarelle Group), Meridiana and Vice Chairman of the Editoriale Fabbri-RCS Group.

He was also Chief Executive Officer of Genepesca, member of the board of directors of ISAB (IFIGarrone-Cameli) and Lloyd Adriatico Holding S.p.A..

At present, he is also a member of the board of directors of Allianz and Trevi Finanziaria Industriale and is a member of the board of directors of Assonime.
