As the Co-Founder and CEO of BlackBuck, Rajesh is charged with constantly moving the company forward. From finance discussions to brainstorming on new product design to business development planning, Rajesh keeps himself involved in all areas of the business. An IIT Kharagpur graduate, Rajesh was heading the Supply Chain division of ITC’s Leaf Tobacco business before starting BlackBuck. He is an inspiring leader who likes to bring out the best in people and help them achieve greater heights by pushing the bar higher. Speaking about pushing the bar higher, Rajesh has been a pole vaulter too.
