Raphael runs strategic growth at Newfront. Prior to Newfront, he joined Segment.com as their first employee and went on to run sales as it grew from a four-person company to a $2 billion business that is one of the most successful startups in Silicon Valley. Raphael left Segment to join Newfront because of his passion for supporting salespeople and his belief that Newfront is well-positioned to become an industry-defining business.

Prior to his work at Newfront and Segment, Raphael was a corporate attorney on Wall Street, working on distressed debt M&A transactions and securities litigation, and before that he worked on telecom development in West Africa.

Raphael grew up in Cincinnati and received degrees from New York University (BA) and New York University School of Law (JD).
