Richard Liu is co-founder and CEO of Leap.ai.

Prior to Leap.ai, Richard was an Engineering Director at Google, launched Project Fi and achieved 90+% customer satisfaction as the Head of Engineering. In his eight years in Google, he also served as key leaders in Google Shopping, Google Offers, and Enterprise Search.

Richard is also a Partner at Tsingyuan Ventures, a successor fund of TEEC Angel Fund.

Richard obtained his Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from University of Florida and MBA from Southern Methodist University. He earned his Master degree from Tsinghua University, Beijing and B.E. degree from Sichuan University, Chengdu.
