Mr. Richard X. Seet has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of RXS Enterprises since October 2007. Mr. Seet co-founded Amity Entertainment Inc. in 2005 and served as its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer from 2005 to 2007. He is a media industry entrepreneur. He served as the Founder of Seet Kummerfeld Prieb and served as its Chairman from 2002 to 2005. Mr. Seet co-founded Qiosk.com in 1999 and served as its President until 2002. He built in partnership with Angelo, Gordon & Co.
