Based in our Toronto offices, Rizwan oversees product direction of Avid’s numerous business offerings as well as overall operations of the business.

In this role, he has overall responsibility for the creation and ongoing improvement of compelling and valuable end-user features. To attain this challenge, Riz works closely with our Design, Research and Development, Operations, Sales and Customer Support teams throughout the development process to ensure the final product meets and exceeds customer expectations.

In addition, Rizwan helps to manage the Sales, Business Analytics, PR, Marketing, Customer Service, and Design teams to ensure they are aligned to achieving the short-term and long-term goals of the business.


Rizwan holds an MBA from the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Queen’s University.
