Ms. Osborne, who joined Hyperformix in 2002 with over sixteen years of experience in the Information Technology (IT) industry, is responsible for all aspects of professional services at Hyperformix.Ms. Osborne was most recently the world-wide project management profession leader for the Integrated Technology Services division of IBM Global Services.

Prior to her role with IBM Global Services, Ms. Osborne was the director of quality programs for Tivoli Services (an IBM Company). Ms. Osborne has also held various positions with IBM Global Services, Information Systems Management (an IBM Company), SHL Systemhouse, Inc., and Bell Northern Research.Ms. Osborne holds a bachelor's degree in computer science from the University of Regina (Canada) and a master's degree in project management from Western Carolina University.
