Late Shelly Singh was the Co-Founder and Chief Business Officer at PeopleStrong. One of India’s very few woman HR entrepreneurs who decided to take a plunge early on, she was a key driver in building PeopleStrong’s scale and repute. She was instrumental in establishing PeopleStrong’s strong brand in the HR solutions space globally. She inspirationally led the team in thought, spirit and conviction in building some of the ‘firsts’ for PeopleStrong customers. At PeopleStrong, she was instrumental in formulating and actualizing strategic business plans, designing and implementing competitive, innovative and integrated HR solutions for reputed clients across various industry sectors and levels. A seasoned HR professional with rich experience in setting up HR processes, policies, as well as rolling out end-to-end implementation plans, she worked with companies like Sony, Aricent Technologies, Hewitt and high-end technology start-ups.

Shelly did her a Master’s in HR and International Business from NMIMS, Mumbai and a Bachelor’s degree in Physics from Punjab University.
