Stanislas de Joussineau (London) joined KKR in 2009 and is a member of the Retail industry team in Europe within KKR’s Private Equity platform. He is also involved in KKR’s investment activities in France and was previously part of the Technology industry team. Since joining KKR, Mr. de Joussineau has played a significant role in the investments in Visma and The Hut Group, as well as in a number of transactions and the portfolio management of PagesJaunes. Currently, he serves on the board of directors of Visma. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. de Joussineau was in the Investment Banking Group at JP Morgan in London, where he was involved in a range of mergers, acquisitions and LBO financing transactions across various industries. He holds a M.Sc. in Engineering and Applied Mathematics from the Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées (ENPC) in Paris, France.
