Stefan has more than 15 years of expertise in private equity, venture capital and capital markets. Since 2013 he is a member of the management board of stock listed FinLab AG, a Frankfurt/Main based company builder and investor in financial services technology sector. In this role he is responsible for investment strategy and legal & compliance. Before he joined FinLab, he has been working for stock listed venture capital and private equity companies based in Berlin and Frankfurt. Additionally, he holds several supervisory board positions in regulated and portfolio companies within FinLab group. He studied law and has a master degree of laws in mergers & acquisitions.
