He is an expert in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) – involved in the development and sales of two of the leading retail CRM products. Steve has a track record of turning conceptual thinking into strategic partnerships that exceed business goals through consultative sales with a proven ability to develop and sell solutions to exceed the expectations of the client. His retail technology experience includes senior level roles at Catalina Marketing, Fujitsu ICL and Jewel-Osco of Florida. Steve holds an MBA in MIS from the University of South Florida.
