Gracy has 13 years of enriched experience in the areas of core HR Operations: from Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, Training and Development, Performance Appraisal, Employee Engagement and Retention to framing and implementing new HR Policies. In her previous role, she has handled around 1000 plus employees and brings a diversified industry background knowledge having worked in HR roles at Manufacturing, Engineering, Construction and Education companies.

Gracy earned her Masters of Arts (English) and MBA (Finance) from Mysore University.
