Ashburn has served as a member of our board of directors since January 2014. Previously, Mr. Ashburn served in various management positions at BEA Systems, Inc. (acquired by Oracle), from 2002 to 2007, and served as President, Worldwide Field Organization from 2006 to 2007 as the Executive Vice President, Worldwide Field Organization from August 2004 to May 2006, and as Executive Vice President, Worldwide Services, from February 2002 to August 2004.

Ashburn served as an advisor to BEA Systems, Inc. for Worldwide Services from August 2001 to February 2002. Prior to his services with BEA Systems, Inc.,

Ashburn served nearly three decades in various executive management positions at Hewlett-Packard Company, including most recently as Vice President and General Manager, Hewlett-Packard Services, from 1998 to 2001.

In this role, he was responsible for more than 23,000 employees and HP’s global software and hardware maintenance revenue and consulting services. Ashburn has also served and continues to serve as a member of the board of directors of various companies.

Ashburn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technologies from California State University, Long Beach.
