Tim’s ability to grow the business during tumultuous times has contributed greatly to the success of Statera Phoenix. The Phoenix office opened it doors in 2005 and has seen incredible growth each year. Today, the Statera Phoenix team not only acts as a major contributor financially but has also been named Best Places to Work in Phoenix for the last 7 years. Tim expressed, “I am very proud of this accomplishment because it is based solely on employee feedback. We are blessed to have an incredible culture of work hard, play hard, and at all times treat each other with mutual respect.”

In Tim’s own words: “I have had the opportunity to mentor many people in my career. One of the most rewarding experiences I’ve learned while working with others is the value in surrounding yourself with a great team. In doing so, individual success becomes the team’s and client success.”

Tim is passionate about increasing awareness of a rare form of cancer known as “carcinoid” cancer since his wife’s diagnosis in 1995. Tim graduated from Purdue University with a degree in industrial management and computer science.
