Tom Heiser was appointed Chief Executive Officer on October 2015. He brings to the company more than three decades of operational and executive technology leadership experience, with a strong track record of organic and inorganic growth and cloud delivery. He's a proven leader in implementing strategies and tactics focused on improving the overall customer experience. Most recently, Tom was the interim-CEO at Arxan Technology, a TA Associates portfolio company. Prior to that, Tom served in operational and executive roles with EMC Corporation, including EVP of Cloud Strategies and Execution. Throughout Tom’s tenure at EMC, he filled key roles in driving significant growth of customers, employees and revenue. Tom also led EMC's Corporate Development team, Channel sales team and was the President of RSA Security, the security division of EMC. Additionally, Tom served on the board of directors of Cyber-Ark Software, one of the most successful NASDAQ IPOs of 2014, and is very familiar with fast-pace growth Israeli technology companies. Tom holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting Information Systems from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
