Takadao Raises $1.6M in Pre-Seed Funding for Community-Owned Financial Services on Blockchain Targeting Muslim Population Globally.

Saudi Arabian blockchain-based financial services provider Takadao has secured $1.6m in Pre-Seed funding, with Draper Associates leading the round. The company will use the funds to expand its operations and business reach. Takadao's shariah-compliant products, which include savings and loans and cooperative life insurance, target the global Muslim population, including those in countries where banking is not widely available.
